How's Directed for Repair Service?
I just shipped out a dead amp to them to have repaired (Canadian office). I'm curious if anyone had done the same and wish to share a tale or two. I normally wouldn't ask this sort of thing but I found the chat I had with their customer service rep to be rather 'different'..
Thanks, Mark |
I find there alarm repairs to be slow for somethin thats sometimes crutial to the operation of a vehicle.
As for stereo stuff I dont know |
Ok, thanks.

I had a buddy who sent in a directed unit, I think total turn around including shipping was 4 weeks...
|
Well, there goes summer...
|
What did the rep say to you and what unit did you send in?
|
Well, nothing worth repeating but I got a sense that I was talking to someone selling stuff out of his van, if you catch my drift. Maybe that's normal down there - I don't know.
I shot them a dead Orion 2500d. The unit is in *mint* shape - not a scratch or scuff on it. I'm hoping it comes back that way. m |
