I need opinions

currently these amps are on sale
Rockford Fosgate Mono Car Amplifier (P325.1)
Our price: $356.99
Discount: -$157.00
Sale Price: $199.99

I need to know, if I was to get two 12" subs either JLw2 or 3's or fosgate p2's
would I need two of these amps to power those two subs?
and if I got two of these amps could I use it to power front component speakers and 2 12"subs? would it be sufficient power wise?
please let me know. thanks.

you'd def need 2 of those amps

Yeah Im just thinking what the best way would be to go amp wise.
Cause I want to have 2 12" subs and 2 front component speakers.
What would you suggest?
Something that isn't super pricey.
I'd even buy used off someone who is trustworthy

you need 600 watts for your subs and about 50-100 for each component. That's about 800 watts. I suggest 2 separate amps, a mono amp rated for 300 watts @ 4ohms or 600 @ 2ohms. Get the dual 2ohm version of the w3 subs and wire each one in series and then parallel both to get a 2 ohm final load. Then get a separate amp for the components, at least 50x2 @ 4 ohms. If ou can get RF amps cheap, then the P600.1 bd would be perfect for the subs, and any 2 channel for the components. I think this would probably be your least expensive route as most 4 channel amps that have a sub channel that powerful are petty expensive.

I'm running two Eclipse SW4200 12" off of a 325.1. It won't set any records but it sounds pretty good in my civic.

^^that will work if you don't want it too loud, and will sound nice. If that's the case though, you might not need two subs, a single 12 with the 325.1 would probably be enough, and save you some money.

not trying to nit pick, but the w3v3 only comes in 2,4 or 8 ohm single voice coil configurations as far as I know......

and for the original poster, if you do decide to go with the 12w3v3's I have a box and grills that are made for those speakers as well as an amp to power them perfectly for $300, PM me if you're interested.
