Looking for new subs right now,My amp is a kicker kx1200.1.
They Will go in a sealed box cause i listen to everthing from country to hip hop.
The amp is 1200rms@1 ohm and 600@2 ohm so i need to get the one ohm load!
I need subs that will slam in a sealed box.....

L7 12's? The L7's seem to love that amp.

Or maybe check out some RE, Treo or if you're looking for something a little more mainstream perhaps check out the MTX 9500's.

Ya mainstream is preferred...

there was some 10L7 on sale for 300$ each a while ago. for 1200 watts of you want some sound quality in your system go for Resonant Engineering, they got a bunch of good subs that will pound good and sound awsome with 1200 watts.

other good subs for your setup I would say:

Brahma, IDMAX, Inhuman, TREO, JLW7, Eclipse Titanium, Orion H2, ill think of more later. Brahma and IDMAX definately pound loud and are great SQ subs for around your price-range.

Go with a single 15" ported. With the correct enclosure it will be louder than the two 12's sealed, have just as good sq, and be cheaper as you only need one driver.
That amp will do ~1400rms at 1ohm so look at the following for starters:
Orion H2
RE SX or XXX
MTX 9500

I want it to POUND but i want it tight and controlled.
Ive thought about a single 15 2ohm dvc but sealed not ported.
I am NO professional when it comes to subs and enlosures allthough ive donr my research and trial and errors with alot of boxes and have had much more luck w/ sealed.

As you said, you are no professional.
I'll state it again:
With the correct enclosure a single 15" ported will be louder than the two 12's sealed, and have just as good sq as sealed.

Add the Brahma B15 to the list and now you have 5 suggestions for subs. I feel you will be happy with either of these and all can be had in a dual 2ohm coil config.

Audition as many as you can and when you've picked your favorite we'll get you a box to suit.
