Ok, here it goes:

---The head unit was put in like 2 weeks ago.

---I had to make custom baffles for my speakers to fit in my door and finished the left one a week ago and the right one tonight.

---I installed my speaker amp and all the wires are run where they need to be ran.

---The only thing I had left to do was wait for the sub to arrive and build the box.

Like I said, I finished installing the speakers and speaker amps tonight and finally got to listen to my radio for the first time in like, FOREVER. I was amazed :D (at least compared to my stock speakers, lol), I hadn't heard my kickers other than a test run in my old blazer. I was jumping up and down to the sound quality and loud-clearness of my speakers. BUT! THEN I turned on the car and started pulling out and noticed that when I revved the engine up, a really high pitched noise came from my right speaker. Since I never had the problem with engine whine I never bothered to research it so I am not totally positive that that is what it is.

The sound only comes from the RIGHT speaker. The speaker wire is ran up to the front next to the rca's and remote turn on wire. But I don't think that would make a difference? Will this noise harm my speaker? Why do you guys think it is only my right speaker? This sucks. Now I have another problem to worry about.

try ground loop isolators for your rca

Ohya, I actually have one layin around somewhere. I got it for free with my very first amp that I bought. I am guessing that if ground isolators can be made cheaply and sucky then this one will suck but I will give it a try. I was thinkin about it, I can only hear the sound if the music is lower than 1/6 of the volume. So I will just let it go as long as it does not harm my speakers.

When I get my sub put in, will I hear it through the sub? Can anyone explain why it is only the right speaker?????????

Ok, so I tried out my ground loop isolator and it solved the whining problem. But it created an even bigger problem because my speakers started snapping and crackling. So I took it off and now I will get a random popping noise every like 5-6 seconds. Help?

I had the same problem before, only it was with a cheap sub amp. My sub would play music, but pop every couple secs. Fixed it by replacing the amp.

They are Stinger (the red non-cheap kind, lol).

Ground loop isolaters do not solve the problem -- they only mask it. Most times what you have described is the result of a bad ground or faulty RCA. Double check that your speaker connections are secure, that a wire is not frayed or touching another contact.

Most likely not rca's then. Any chance your ground itself is not 100% solid to the frame, or amp?

most of my friends who had pioneer decks had this issue.
REground your deck and anything connected to the deck to the chassi.
SO the decks ground wire and ground the mounting unit. that should solve the problem. pm me if it doesnt

Do both speakers pop now or is still a problem with just the right one? If it is, try swapping the RCA's left to right and see if it moves with them or not.
