Idea for amp rack, could these stand up to the vibrations?

Neons are better if your going to do edge lighting becuase the light is out evenly and there is no hot spots.

this was my logic, no dead spots, and really, if they are meant to withstand road wear, how could my subs harm them? these things take alot of vibration and bumps on the bottom of a car..
