Hm, well considering the amount of independent shops in Victoria is small, I'd have to say it would be with:

Sound Advice
Island Audio
Speed of Sound

Since Speed of Sound carries Focal I'd probably guess that would be the shop :D I went to a show of theirs back in 98 but I could not find them when I was in town a few weeks back and had some time to kill.

BC is expensive lol I was gonna go there for Film School it was $27,000 for 1 year.
