I have a Jensen VM9412 unit and I've been using it for a while. Recently, whil everything else performs normally, the touch response of the screen has completely stopped working.

Anyone have any tips or insight into a fix for this?

 

How long have you had it? Could it be the cold?

 

Cold weather will have an effect.

Just also remember that this is a very high end headunit and problems will happen because of it being built using cheaper materials

 

I bought it used for fairly cheap ($150). I'm sure it's a few years old, and I've had it personally for probably 6 or 7 months. It stopped working in late fall, so I don't think it was the cold.
