JL vs JBL 4 channel

hey guys so im building a system for my new mustang. Basicaly im planing on not having a sub for now and just going with a 4 channel to power alpine type r or maby even type x, as they have proven to provide pretty good bass for their size (open to any suggestions). As for the 4 channel i will most likely go with either the JBL (GTO1004) or the JL (G4500). The stats look pretty similar and they both retail in the $400 range. Any imput on the perticular brands or models would be greate as i have heard only good things about either. Im deffinitaly after sound quality over volume.

To be honest with you, if you could hear the difference between most amps, you're fricken awesome, go for the price on what features you want with a decent warranty...yadda yadda, ...talk to the poster above you, get a good deal on a good amp and spend the cash you save on better speakers.

I needed this answer in my post. lol

I think I'd take the JBL, simply for the higher output.
I might also add this to my list of potential amps. Thanks.
