Is a 4 cubic foot enclosure to small for a Jugg? Mmats recommends 4.5 but 4 fits perfect in my Rabbit.

Depends, what size Jugg is it? If the box is a lil smaller I don't think it'll be a big deal. Output around tuning frequency (assuming it's ported) will be lower.
