I ran 2 of them Both Powering 10" type r's, Ran Great never had a prob with them. Think I paid around $110 each for them used

if your going to buy another amp buy a real amp! why spend money to get a claimed extra 100w? sell your amp then use the money from it and the money from not buying the kenwood and get something around 700-1000RMS

Weman 04-13-2008 10:11 PM

Do you think they'll power 2 12" w3s though i mean u ran two amps.. right?

EDIT: Thanks m8 but i cant find any cheaper amps for the price i want? Iv looked around here but i dont know what im looking at,

Will consider thank you.

Yep I ran 2 Amps, at First I ran Both Subs Off One, but it wasn't loud enough so I bought another.

But yeah Like Jo-Psyko Said An Extra 100watts Isnt Much. for a Couple hundred Dollars you Could Find a 1000watt Rms Hifonics Amp On Ebay.

Jo-Psyko 04-13-2008 10:33 PM

yeah what he said! hahaha you'll pout in that hundred and probably wont even notice it... and if you do you wont notice much. Hifonics makes alot of power at a steal of a price :)

i use to have one of those amps but i must say it was a great amp for what it was i ran 6 tens off it and it never shut down or got hot. yes i know that i was bearly touching the 6 tens but for a few weeks in my daily it did great for what it was but like the others said just for a 100watt difference i would not say that it is worth it unless the alpine is not a class D amp the kenwood is a class D which means that it is more effeicent

Can you guys point me in the right direction on ebay? I have no idea what im lookin at and all the guys in the stores just point me at their products. I want more power to my subs i want more sound.
