i have saw a couple posts that say kenwoods will start skipping after about 1 year of use? is this true if so would the excelon KDC-X579 skip after awhile
thanks hektic |
Whatever deck you decide on, I would get at least one year warranty coverage on top of the mnaufacturer's coverage, always a good plan, imo. Not sure about the Kenwood, maybe a dealer could answer that one.....

I bought a used kenwood from a friend after he got in an accident (he had bought it a year prior, I used it for a year and then sold it to a guy in my class who has been in an accident with it and it is four years old now and still runs great never a problem with it.

I have a KDC 216S Kenwood, lower model line deck. It started skipping after a year, but of course it would, it only skips when i hit a big pothole. Otherwise, it works like a charm.
