kick pods

would a pod have about 5L of air in it ?
if it did would it be a big pod ?
i'm looking at adding small subs into kick pods

you would have to build the pods for the subs or buy some all subs are different thay all need diffent air space if you can get some subs that can run free air you will be better off than you dont need to worry about air space.

5L = .28cft + sub
how big of a kick pod is that ?

judging from the size of a 3.8L jug of milk..... a 5L kick panel enclosure would be pretty big.....

1 litre = 61.03 cubic inches
1 cubic foot = 1728 cubic inches

5 litres does not seem that big to me... pour the jug of milk in it.. you'll still need another litre to find out

.28 cft is small most subs need about .5 cft to run properlly your best bet like i said before is get a sub that can run free air.

^ "Free Air" does not mean the woofer is independent of enclosure volume. It means they are designed to work in a very large enclosure or no enclosure. Neither of those describes a kickpanel..
