Kicker L7s

Hello, I'm somewhat new to the entire subwoofer field. I've purchased 2 12" Dual Coil 2 Ohm Kicker L7s and i was wondering what kind of amp i should purchase for them? Also I'm also somewhat confused as to the wiring (weather to wire in parallel or series) and what effect do Ohms have on the actual performance of the subs?

You need a amp that is going to provide it's maximum output at 2 ohms into a single channel. Your subs will be wired in a series / parallel circuit to yield the 2 ohm nominal load. A great amp for this is the Macrom M1A1500D, 1500w rms into 2 ohms. I have 2 in stock that I got a great deal on.

wire them down to a 2ohm load and get something that'll do AT LEAST 1200rms @ 2ohm
