Dont judge power input in your subs by peak. Peak power is how much power the company thinks it can take in small bursts and not blow. If you power your subs by peak power you will blow your subs. rms power is what the sub can take all day long. I am not a fan of kickers unless your just looking for short tight bass. The kicker subs arent very loud and dont hit very hard Im sure some cars come with harder hitting stock mid range door woofers. Not to rain on your parade, but I wouldnt buy them man. Just get like any other brand name sub for $200 or more.

Hope I could help

It would be the l7 man but if you don't wanna spend that money on the just the sub you can get a cheaper sub spend money on the box wiring and electrical and sound a whole lot louder man nothing against kicker I have owned them and wouldn't knock them they are reliable...but there's cheaper subs that you can get and soend money on areas that will make your system loud

The l7 is a good sub regardless a little sloppy on lows from what I've heard because or never owned one but my friends that have confirmed what I have read on multiple forums if your trying to do spl there's better options but if that's what you want get an l7 with a proper box built to spec and an amp that can push it based on the impedance and you'll be happy man
