*sigh* why does everyone have to hate?
And 'teteron' has been used for years people. It is far from new or exclusive. It just is not the latest buzzword of the voodoophiles.. Had they used beryllium (fanfare) would it be all ooohs and aaahhs?

Lame is advertising your speakers in a *head to head* against other speakers and bragging about how much better your speakers are.
Lame is saying your speakers use much better cone materials and then leaving out why.

if you go back to the actual meaning of lame it was most commonly used in "olden days" when people would speak of their animals that were sick or usless due to defects...so you could also replace the work lame with the word sick....

A mod closes a thread without a post and people cry that it was shut down anonymously.
A mod closes a thread after a post and people cry 'they got the last word'
Better yet - leave a post about a brand open and there is 4 pages of people bitching that it's advertising. Close a similar post though and someone has to start crying about that too.
Here's one for you Jared: 'Lame' are people with their own damn agendas trying to influence this board. If it disturbs you SO much - take a holiday. That goes for everybody with their bitching and moaning.
And hey "Mr. Reviewer" - take a second look. The MTX page is a simple feature comparison. Yes it has some pokes here and there but they are humerous. Of course they opine that their drivers are the best - what, you expected them to show otherwise?
So to recap your points:
1) I'll close whatever the hell I want whenever I want. Don't like it? Too bad.
2) The page is a feature comparison. Yes in one sentence they state they thought they sounded better yet they also offer that people should compare the three. Not MTXs problem if they have better physical features.
3) Stretching at that one. I stand by my quoted comment: Had they used beryllium (fanfare) would it be all ooohs and aaahhs? Yet I bet dollars to donuts that no more than a handful of people here know WTF the difference is between the two and why one would be used over the other. What a non-issue..
