LOC Question

Did an install in my buddys truck, 4 channel amp, Scosche 4 channel LOC. The rear channels of the 4 channel amp are bridged to a 6.5" driver in the back. When I change the balance from left to right I get the most bass when it is all the way to the left, or all the way to the right. Sound like a phase issue? Pretty sure the LOC is wired up right, and pretty sure the wires from the amp to the sub are good. Should I swap the wires running to the sub?

You messed up polarity on one of the LOC input channels to the sub. I did this once years ago in our Probe and had the exact same thing - more bass the farther from 'center' the balance got. Swapped polarity on one channel and it was fixed.

Cool thanks DUKK! Would swapping the wires going from the amp to the sub remedy the situation also?

nope. that'd be too easy

Gotcha, so try reversing the input wires to the LOC, one set at a time then?
