I am located on the island, CFB Comox. Shipping costs what it costs, not much I can do about that. The distributor to me and then down to you. It will come out of Vancouver and then cheapest would probably be on the bus to you.

Damn, I wish I knew about this. I was just in Courtenay. Whats your store called? How much would it cost for that sub, and how long would it take to get in? I might come up this weekend to get it.

I noticed that Digital designs website that they don't have specs listed for sealed enclosures. I imagine that their subs would still work regardless, though I might go for a ported depending on what there is.

It seems that sub is generally consider an SPL sub, would this make any difference that I wont be using it for that, just Music?

They will indeed work just fine in a sealed box but it is when you give them a ported box that you will get labelled with bass response.
