this is just gettin better and better, the reatailer gets p!ssed because he loses a deal on a deck by 20 bucks
because he claims he didnt get an email from the reps stating a price drop that apparently the entire nation was notified of except him. then blames having twice as many reps for not getting it

if that is the case i see no problem with you coming into the nasty void and venting your frustrations at scumbag reptiles like audiochamber, right charlie [img]tongue.gif[/img] come back amongst the living, move up the food chain and get back into retail
isnt this section specifically for this. or is this area only for being polite and to "not step on toes"
were else would anyone go to vent or to advise. Defro had a thread about how he was mislead by a rep(so as to inform any one else on his misfortune, and i dont think to argue, it just happened to turn intoan arguement). why would anyone else not be able to come on here and vent also. this seems like the logical place to do it. it is the horrible black void. this will be good info to any one new coming in that would like to see opinions and why.

Well, we have learned from this that reps (or anyone for that matter) should not rely on Email to get out important messages. I would think that most retailers contact their customers with the telephone on important communications, that would solve alot of problems.
i kinda feel bad cause i too have promised someone something and then it was sold on me and i couldnt offer the service replacement that i promised. so.....sorry. it happens. i found that when i concentrate on the solution and not the problem as much, we can continue to advance and provide a great solution for both the dealer and Trends. the relationships grow strong when together we can provide a great solution for the customer.
