I ordered 2 books off the mecp website on september 4th and i still havent got them. i have already been charged for them.
its almost been a month and they still havent got here. anyone know why or who i can contact about it? i looked on the mecp website and i couldnt find any email addresses to contact. thanks |

The books are a pain in the ass. I ordered the installer first level one and I received the sales one. By the time I noticed I had the wrong one it was way too late. :mad:

I know they have been revising the tests. I am not sure if that might slow delivery down or not; but they should have at least contacted you about delivery.

ive ordered something from florida before and it has come the next day which is probably the farthest from where i live in the US. i also paid extra on shipping to have it be here in 3-5 days. thats why im curious whats happened to my order. ive already emailed customer support and i havent got a reply back yet. should i email chris cook aswell? or just wait and see if i get a reply from the email i already sent. |
