2 Strokers will do. I have some kicking around I can sell for a mid-end price.

i just need some subs now that can handle that power im pushing with it...these 4 yr old shockers that i have just arent cutting it...im only hitting a 144
|
What mic are you pulling a 144 on?
No offence but that seems a little low considering the power (over 2000W?) and cone area (2 15's?). You should be able to beat that with half the power with the right subs (on the average mic). |

OK...if you're usually closer to 150 with a low tune (by SPL standards)....that's loud... I don't see how you're going to beat that with only $500.
If you simply want better scores in comps....just build a new box. |
heheh, his box is close to 10 cubes with a monster port....he don't need a new one.
Unless he goes with an ABC, that box enough for most drivers unless he builds a wall. |
If he is merely looking for #'s on a mic then I really doubt 35Hz is an ideal tuning frequency.
|
it's more important to match the box to the subs then just build the biggest you can..
|
No sh!t.....where did I mention anything about box size?
