Okay I have a 4 channel mtx amp the road thunder 400 watts max and 40 watts rms per channel at 4ohms and 75 watts at 2 ohms or something... My 6.5" Infinity referance speakers that I Will be running say that they are 4ohm speakers.... How do I wire these so that they are 4 ohms?? I will be running 4 of them... front left, front right, back left and back right doors. Do they have to be bridged or something, or do I just wire them up like Front L, Front R, Back L and Back R and so on.... Sorry for so many questions, just getting ready to wire up my mids tommorow!! With a speaker on each channel of the amp (front left, front right, ect.) you will have a 4ohm load on each channel. You would need 2ohm speakers to run the amp to get all the power out of that amp.

This is a good site to learn anything you need to know about car audio;
