Mosfets

checked my amp today and i have 2 blown fets. does anyone know where i can get this??|

IRFZ48N i need 2 but ill get like 10 just for the fun of it. OR does anyone has 2 i can buy off them??? need it asap thanks

digikey.ca seem to have them in stock. I would replace all of them.

thanks man

ya i was planing on changing them all. the amp still works fine its just getting so hot lmao and output is badly decreased cause of the fets burnt. but ya thanks ill ask them

digikey wants me to order 300 minimum??? or am i reading this wrong. plus they have none lol

lol i need help with digikey. since i dont know much about those parts any help would be nice. are there identical replacements for it too?? i see that from IRFZ48N-ND it refers me to a RoHS IRFZ48N PBF-ND witch seems to be the same lol

PbF means that they are Lead-Free, other than that they are the same part.

whats the -ND stand for then lmao. from the mosfet in the amp says IRFZ48N nothing else. well besides the mumbo jumbo weird # under it

It's the manufacturer part you need to look for and not the digikey one
