Hey built a box now going to mount sub inside the box what should i use around the sub to seal it in the box. there is just metal againced wood around outside of speaker which is not relaly a good seal.. should i silicon it or i was thinking of using weather stripping too. what do people usually do ?

Use the single sided foam tape from a home improvement store. Never use silicone, it damages to subs adhesives sometimes, and can warp a subs frame when you try to remove it from the box, plus it looks tacky.
