Solid amp I bought seahag's if im not mistaken... oh and 1 ohm eh seahag?

Its only seeing 4ohms from me right now with an infinity 10 until my new sub gets here, still better than my old bridged 8302 and its rated at less. (250wrms@12.5v for the 6500D vs 300wrms@12.5v for the 8302)
It will see 2ohm soon. Dont really want to push it at 1 ohm on a dialy basis, but it could be interesting..... lol

I ran it at 1 ohm a couple of times.

Never even got hot.
The reason I sold it was because I didnt want to
run it at 1 ohm all the time either.

The 8302 is a nice amps as well.

The 8302 was nice too. I had a 4244, 6500D, and 8302. I use the 4244 bridged for my components, 6500D for my sub/subs, and I ended up selling the 8302 to my friend. I might just have to buy it back to run two 8" subs in the kicks or something, its nice to have all your amp chasis matching.

Anyone want to guess what power the 6500D makes into 1 ohm?

It will make very little more power. But what it will do is heat up, lose complete control over the driver.

This goes back to my Why 1 ohm thread?

If an amp isnt made to do 1 ohm then why run in that way.
