I would go with the monoblock RF amp . Only if it has the proper RMS of your subs. Also I think that RF is alot better than the lower end Pioneer.

Mono block amps are designed for subwoofers, you can connect more then one sub to the mono amp, just the amp needs to be powerful enough to push the two subs properly.
Mono amps are more efficient so your vehicles electrical system will handle it better.
Now if you were to hook a normal speaker to a mono amp it would only produce the low range sounds such as 500Hz and lower.
A 2 channel amp is good for the full spectrum but if only using a sub most of that power is going to waste.

Ignore pretty much everything that has been written. Before you can choose any amplifier, ya kind of have to know what it is being hooked up to. So the more info you can give the better and more accurate the responses can be. What is the vehicle, the cd player, do you have a box, are you trying to get stinking loud, sound really good or just add a little bass to what is there, is there a budget on the amplifier choice or sub choice? All these questions and more must be answered before one can narrow down choices. Need to know more, add me to msn, forbidden@telus.net and we can discuss the questions and give you the answers necessary to make a informed buying decision.

Totally agreed. Try giving the ESSENTIAL information.

Voice coil configuration and how many subs are being used for starters.

Just to confuse the issue more, I like stereo amps bridged, one for each sub and i like subs in stereo.
