I have nothing but positive things to say about Grant. I have worked with him and worked against him. Honest and Fair would describe him

Grant, good to see you on the forum

I want to stick in my 2 cents on this deal, I would rate Speaker City as one of the best stores in Western Canada and Grant knows his shiznit............................take this negative experience and turn it into a postive one and then report back to us......................

On a side note......................Soundstream.........Audi son............I would have to go with the Audison if it's in your budget...........

On a second side note..................internal high level converters in almost any amp I have played with are crap...............total crap, they serve a cheap purpose.............if your spending good money on your system and want good sound then spend the money on a good line level converter................

Enough of my 2 cents........

I have a question though. Considering this:

me: i am thinking custom fiberglass box.
sales: we could make one on the side of trunk.
me: i want to keep as much trunk space as possible. other options?
sales: we could take out the spare and make a box there.
me: hmmm.. i prefer to keep my spare...
Where did you expect them to put a box if you won't give up the trunk OR the spare tire well? Some cars offer alternatives but none of them are cheap.

Balanced differential outputs? Sounds like a Bose.
</font>
I've seen JL Stealthbox solution for my car. it is 2 8" IB sub screw on the rear deck. i was hopting they could offer to do something like that.
