Need advice on subwoofer
 

I presently has a pioneer TS-W306DVC witch is rated at 400rms. but as the summer goes and tuning, I keep wanting more!! so I was thinking of changing my sub and amp for bigger one.

So what I had come to want:
-600rms min maybe more(used)
-12"
budget:between 500-1000$ for both amp and sub

Has I am a :newbie: for brand and so on... I really don't know where to search as there is so many brand :confused:.

I would suggest going to your nearest car audio outlet store and browsing around (listening to what you may want).

If you are just looking for ideas you can search on smartass.bz, he is canadian and on this site, also you can try sonicelectronix, woofersetc, onlinecarstereo. remember to put the www. before and .com after, that will help you get some ideas. I would also suggest looking into pioneer premier that is if you are satisfied with your pioneers performance, They are a bit better quality and better handling and cant go wrong for the price.

I did some research on those site(thanks for it) and found the Audiobahn AW1205N or his bigger brother the AWES12P.

I still have 2 question:
1- are they good sub ? has I search on the web people are kind to dislike this brand has it to flashy.I don't care about the look it for a daily drive setup.

2-I cannot find any dealer near Montreal??!!

They are not bad, better to be had though

can you tell which is better for about the same price...??? or atleash oriented my research

What price did you find? and then I can recommend something

In my opinion, Audiobahn and chrome plated turds are about the same. You can do so much better. Are you after new or used equipment?

I did found them for about 150-200 each on the web


and for answering MR2NR I'm looking at both, as if I see a good deal that about the same price but I get better one I will take it

and btw I had to will sell my stuff to get the new one:rolleyes::p;)
