I have recently found someone with car audio for sale and he wrote me these different set ups All setups are the same, only thing changing is the sub set up:

Panasonic MP3/WMA Flip Deck (Last years model)
4 Gauge kit
Zapco AG 350 AMP
New 12" Cerwin Vega HED in box
Alpine 4 channel amp (few years old only for car speakers)
Decent pair of 5.25's (when he can find some)
Decent pair of 6x9's

This running 800 - 1000

Then:

Zapco AG 350 AMP
2 12" Boston Generators in box
Alpine 4 channel amp (few years old only for car speakers)
Decent pair of 5.25's (when he can find some)
Decent pair of 6x9's

and Finally

Zapco AG 350 AMP

15" Memphis M3
Decent pair of 5.25's (when he can find some)

Now I am just wondering if everything will work well together, if I will face any problems, or if those are good setups.
