Need advice for Upgrading the Car system
 

the gear i already own :

1) 4 pioneer speakers 550 watts (6x9)

2) 3 Amplifiers - 4 channel AKAI 1200 watts
- Kenwood mono d 1000 Watts
- 2 channel AKAI 600 watts
3) Sony cd player

4) 4 gauage wire with all fuse rca cables

5) 2 12's pioneer 1400 watts

lets start:

im having alot of problem to put all this in honda civic 2007

To began with speakers are useless becase the wholes are 6x1/2

what is the solution to this problem?


i want to purpose my garnd plan

im planning add (4 farad capacitor boss, 4 addtional speakers 6X1/2 pioneer 350 watts)

so i have them in the car the speakers and since a cd player can support up to 200watts/4 channel = 50 rms it will do the job

in the truck 2 subs 12's connected with mono d amp
and make 4 6x9 speaker box and connect the 1200 watts amplfier with it

pleaase im up for suggestions
i want very loud and perfect balance for my setup

I would keep the 4-channel amp and kenwood mono but would upgrade the head unit to something that has 4volt pre-outs, if it doesn't already have it. The 4 volt pre-out will give a better signal to the amps.

The only way you will be able to fit 6x9 to your doors is to get it custom, easiest way is to find the proper fitting speakers.

Save your money and don't get the capacitor just invest in oxygen free copper 4 gauge wire and do the "big three" ground upgrade.

For the 2 12's put them in a proper enclosure to get the most output out of them.

what i will do know is sell everything except for the mono d amp

n get a 2 pair of component speakers Kenwood KFC-P709PS n connect a 600 watts alphine amp

and get cutom builed ported box for 2 kickers L3 connected with kenwood mono d 1000 watts

Change the head unit to a pioneer

lastly do the big three upgrade thing with a 4 farad boss capacitor

I think this will sound perfect n loud as hell.

would this b a better result?

any recommendations?
