need help with alarm
 

Ok, so I bought a CRX used from a person and while under the dash I discovered that it has an alarm. I didn't really care because it didn't seem to work and I don't have the keychain thing for it. Today I was messing around under the hood and disconnected the battery and when I reconnected it the alarm started going off...so obviously it works. I was wondering if its possible to get a new keychain thing for it so that I can actually set it. I have no idea what model alarm it is but it does say directed on it so its some kind of DEI alarm.

your best bet is to talk to a dei dealer..... I am quite sure you will be able to program another remote, but first you have to get one, then you have to know how to do it....

Of the alarms I"ve owned you had to flip the toggle (or vallet) switch off and on in a certain sequence then hit the arm button on your remote....
