Talking Suggestion Good Cell/Bluetooth & DVD Single DIN for Pickup

I have a 2005 Dodge Diesel Pickup. It is not too noisy but not that quiet either
I need a head unit to connect to my cell phone and thought a DVD / GPS would be a nice upgrade.

The most important part is good cell microphone and cell sound quality
I will drive it a fair bit and the GPS would be good too.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Transmogrify that dash bezel into a double din and reap the rewards that can be found. (new dash bezels are cheap at the auto wreckers). Single din dvd screens are going the way of the dinosaur now. A good installer can do this modification with relative ease.

eclipse 5030 through Rob(Forbidden), kenwood excellon 693 or 993.
Or I am really interested in the new alpine CDA 107 (you would need to add bluetooth on)

As he wants a navigation unit it seems, short list the Eclipse AVN726e for this task. If you don't need the navigation and a cd transport only will work, scoop a CD5030 while you still can.

sorry I took that as single din reg decks not flip outs
if you want a nav deck AVN726e is sick, I also like some of the pioneer units.

Thanks, GPS is nice to have. It appears that there would be a lot more choice with just DVD and bluetooth

The Eclipse AVN726e will school all comers at the price point it is at. Onboard A2DP bluetooth, web updateable navigation, 5 volt preouts (3), 7" touchscreen, IPOD cables that support video as well, 3 year warranty. If you are after a solid platform for sound and navigation, this is the unit to have.

ECLIPSE DVD-Video/USB Multi-Source Receiver/ 7inch Wide Screen Monitor/Navigation/ Built-in Bluetooth wireless technology AVN726E | Fujitsu Ten

how about the clarion vx709? its basically a double DIN 7" touch panel that will look super clean if the job is done right.
although it requires an extra part to work the nav. end of things but all in all its a pretty good HU from what i hear.
comes with 6ch pre-outs for superb system expandabilitie aswell
