Care to step up the price a little for a set of Morels????

how much is a bit? cause apparently according to an installer here to get the best sound, i still need to buy a JL summing device AND a JL cleansweep... thats gonna add up to a fair chunk of change.

You have other (and far less expensive options) than JL. Morel would be a stellar choice and it is a small bump in price to get into them. (as in about $50.00). I have another set in stock right now, stellar speakers!

MR2NR, what are these cheaper alternatives if im saving money in that aspect then maybe i'll get these morels, 50 dollar increase wouldnt be to bad at all.

The MTX REQ5 would probably do the job for you. It is right around the $200.00 mark. It will provide you with front rear and subwoofer preouts including level control on the sub. The Morel Tempo 6 component speakers are incredible performance for their price. Morel Loudspeakers for info on the speakers.

with the mtx REQ5 would i still need the summing device?? wat kind of amp would i need for the morels? and where can i purchase them online?

MR2NR Dec 30, 2009 11:33 AM

You can purchase from me, they are not available on line.

Some places do sell them on line, but they are mostly not genuine. I have read on the Morel site about places selling fake Morel products. So I chose to purchase from MR2NR, a great guy to deal with.

The ones MR2NR sell are 100% genuine. It actually says they are behind the tweeter :).
