Need help selecting an amp

I am trying to put together an entry level system to improve the sound quality in my car and need some advice in choosing an amp to power my subs.

It will be powering 2 X Kicker 10" Comps in my trunk. (4 ohm SVC)

Not sure if I will put them in sealed boxes or mount them IB behind the seat. (not sure of pros and cons of each and can always switch)

I have found numerous amps around the price I want to spend (<$200) but not sure if there is any diference in them. I thought I would ask for some feedback from some professionals as I have only base knowledge of car audio.

Here are some of the amps I have found:

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7046_Rockford+Fosgate+Punch+P325.1.html

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_8437_JBL+CS300.1.html

Is there any difference or are there others that may be better suited for this? Also, stop me now if I'm way off base with my install.

The rest of the system will consist of an "old school" Deltasonik D360 (90W X 4) powering 4 X 5.25" 3-way door speakers.

HU is Pioneer DEH-P3700MP.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
