I bought 2 old school amps recently and I would like to find some manuals and power ratings for them.
I have the Olympus and Zeus. Any idea where I could find some archieves? http://memimage.cardomain.com/member...331437_152.jpg [ August 17, 2004, 06:33 PM: Message edited by: NTOXKTD ] |
It is pretty tough finding any info on those amps, I have found a few amps listed on Ebay before, I think Hardwrkr might have some info on older amps..... I think he has a listing of power/MSRP on certain older amps, possibly. My buddy has one of the white Hifonics amps, mono block, from the early 90's VIII series, Atlas maybe? Rated at 400 watts , it is really long. Looks like this: http://www.ironbox.quikflow.quikdrop...3259_file1.JPG
are the VII ones the dark grey ones? There was a guy out here in the Maple Ridge area in the 90's with a 60's Mustang, he had his system done by Diamond Stereo back when they were on North Road, he had a Colossus, I believe it was, gigantic amplifier......drool. Going to get your camera back eh? Cool...... ;) Another good friend of mine had a 4 channel Gemini running his whole system VII series I think. That was one sweet amp also.

Yes they are the dark grey ones. I will have my camera back tomorrow. Any power/retail value would be helpfull. I would like to download and print the manuals if I could find them.

Nice work! HArdwrkr, do you have a listing for the Atlas from the same vintage, series VIII? Also, do you have a listing for the rockford fosgate 400x4 transana? (1996 I think). Thanks! Ntoxktd, I have some links to previous Ebay auctions, for old Hifonics gear, but I could not find any manuals online. Good luck!
