need info on an MTX Thunder 2301 Amp

Does anyone know anything about the MTX Thunder 2301? I have tried to find reviews online but can't find anything! Is it a good amp with clean power? and what are they worth used?

MTX makes pretty decent amps, I had an MTX Thunder amp 150watt RMS x 1 35watt RMS x 2 and it never let me down.

That would be a nice little amp with a 10" or 12" at 2ohm. It's only 150watts RMS x 1 at 4ohm.

I used to run my MTX Thunder amp on a 250 watt sub in a ported enclosure and it was still loud as hell.

That amp is rated at 300 watts at 2 ohm, but you will find on the "birth sheet" will actually do more like 350-375. Decent little amp

^ There's actually a write-up on how they rate/measure there amps.

The specs you see on the box are actually the rated wattage, Each amp made will exceed the rated requirements.

Each amp will be measured, And it always shows more...
