Need a Small sized 1000W rms amp - HELP

2 Attachment(s)
I'm looking for a compact sized mono amp that puts out around 1000W RMS, budget is anything under 1000 bucks.

I need to fit it inside a box that is 13.5" tall by 10" wide as shown here:

RE AUDIO XTX 3000.1....Dimensions: 9-1/4inL x 14inW x 1-15T RMS Power Rating (14.4V): 4 ohms: 600 watts x 1 chan. 2 ohms: 1000 watts x 1 chan. 1 ohm: 1400 watts x 1 chan. Dynamic power output: 3000 watts.
Thats a small area your working with but RE AUDIO makes some compact amps

CHEERS.

There you go...That amp that lpchouinard posted is even more compact

What impedance does it need to do 1000watts into. The ARC above is 1 ohm. The JL JX10001/d does it at 2ohms and is 11"L x 7-3/4"W x 2"H.

I'm running an RE AUDIO SE 10" DVC 4ohm to present a 2ohm load

So I'm looking for about 1000w at 2ohms

I was thinking of running the RE AUDIO XTX3000.1 and squeeze it in there but I was looking for something that will leave me a little wiggle room and still put out around the same RMS numbers.

Check out this list for a bunch of really nice compact amps. Oh, and don't forget the Soundigital SD250.2D at only 115mm x 100mm x 35mm for 250W.
