I have 1999 F-150 truck, club cab, 4 door. I would like to put in subs under my seats if at all possible because i like to use the back seat. I was wondering what would be the best sub to put under my seats, in tight spaces if at all possible. What is the best way to face them? Should i do this myself or just go get it professionally done?

I am also having some problem with my speakers on my back doors rattling. Any ideas.

I'm kinda new to the car audio world so any suggestions would help. Thanks alot

oh, if you do make the BBQ I'll pop off your back door panals and look around, I'll also bring some sounddeadner and new rear door speakers if you like. < I have my stock ones, you can have them if yours are blown.

if there not blown we can sound deaden the rattles. C ya.

There's not much room under the rear seats. I measured under 6"s in some spots....so up/downfiring is the only option and the bottom of the seat is metal so I guess downfiring is the only option......even then mounting depth is extremely restricted.

I'm doing an install for freind in a 99 extended-cab F-150. Since there's not much headroom to begin with he didn't like the idea of raising the rear-bench. So we've decided to remove the 40 from the 60/40 rear-bench. Then comes the B15.....

make the boxes, there not that hard. pick up some MDF at home depo and they will even make the cuts for you if you don't have a table saw.

predrill your holes and all will be ok.

Hey Guys

Sorry I couldn't make the BBQ. Probably would have been fun though.

hyea I was wondering where I could find some of that sound deadener. I was also having some trouble finding the seat lifts. Any ideas.

I found some cool sub designs at www.subbox.net.

thanks for all your help
