Need suggestion on a 12" SQ subwoofer
? an 8volt preout doesn't necassarily mean a louder system, but it will allow you to lower the sensitivity on your amplifiers and therefore decrease the soundfloor and have better quality music coming through your speakers.

Some are destined for mediocre sound, and they are usually folks like yourself with low budgets who cant afford to get expensive gear and find out for themselves, so they keep telling themselves that garbage. Well I have figured out which deck I am going to get, and front speakers.
-Eclipse CD5030
-Morel Tempo 6.5
Now I need to find a nice SQ subwoofer. Does anyone here have a suggestion for a subwoofer that is between $300 & $400.
EDIT: I would like something that is around 400 to 500 RMS so I don't have to spend tons of money on an amp.

price on an Icon....they work well from 600w rms to 1000w rms
I'll even help you with the enclosure specs so it ends up in a proper enviroment
