the sheer amount of violations makes this a significant crime and the courts dont like this any more than you
are any local, provincial, federal laws broken... did he defraud across the border
the more law based organizations are searching for him the sooner someone will catch him and then the law can pile on the offences

Well, for the hour he was. He's scum for scamming people but i guess this just puts a damper on people choosing to deal with someone from a distance as opposed to locally.

Reporting?? The facker drives an Infiniti QX4 and lives on mcquaig street. If you watch his videos you can see the colour and maybe some more details of the SUV. Grab a couple buddies and have fun. **** if he ripped me off and i had a bat and knew which vehicle was his
