New here and to Car audio, Cheap sound deadener?
 

So I'm new to this website although I've been lurking and reading for a few months. I've been attempting a low end car audio install on my '68 Chev Corvair coupe and I'm in need of a whack of sound deadener. Now the deadener is not for audio at all but for road noise and engine noise. I replaced the entire floors and rear seat riser, so I'm down to the bare metal entirely (not really, it's been painted).

I need to cover the entire floor from the front 'firewall' to the rear window. I need this much because the car is a noisy bitch being a unibody '68 and having an air cooled flat six sitting behind the rear seat. As you can imagine the price to do this is pretty high, and I'm after a cheap alternative.

And have called every Rona in S. Ontario and no one even knew what I'm talking about. I've tried Lowes, home depot, Rona you name it with ZERO luck. I even tracked down the American part # to see if it crossed up here, it did not.

Any help would be great, I'm located in Bowmanville but would be willing to drive a distance to get a good deal (if this stuff is even available anywhere?)
