Hey beamrider,
Glad you like it! Stapping them is also really easy with just an RCA cable between the amps & setting them as either "master" or "slave". That's it! Are you putting one on the display board yet? I'll be by next week to see you guys & would love to see it perform. |
Ok Beamrider,
How can an amp that draws 70 amps of current produce 3000 watts, or even 1500 watts?. 800 watts RMS is about what a typical class D amp is capable of at a 70 amp current draw. |
Yeah, 14.4volts*70amps ~ 1000watts at 100% efficiency, which we all know no amp is capable of.

i as well would like to know the answers to those very questions, did you actually test it in car or just read the manual, sounds like a big fish story

sorry guys this amp showed up at 530pm yesterday at work and i just pulled it out of the box and was reading off the owners manul, we dont even have it on the board yet!!! so if some of the specs sound overley cool......... we will find out soon enough once we test it.
