Noob Help

Hey guys my name is Stephen and I'm new to car audio but have started to really find a passion for it. I did my first install over the weekend and I'm stumped. I have a nice Kenwood deck(6904). The rest of my components are decent, nothing high end. I'm running a 4 channel skar to two 4x6's and two 6.5's. In the back is a mono skar hooked to two 12's. All the equipment is skar except for the receiver. My problem is this.....with this setup there are three pairs of rca jacks, all are hooked up, a front, a rear and the sub. Only 1 set or channel is working and everything is powered up and has voltage. My question is since I've eliminated the areas where I think there is trouble I'm tending to lean towards this deck having two bad channels? Thanks for any help as I'll very much appreciate it. Any noob jokes are also welcome.

Move working rca to each amp that has no sound...if that works...id check settings on each amp and deck
