Not much output outta my CDT es-07.3 woofer

hey guys, lil info on my system that was just installed:
2006 Chyrsler 300c SRT8

subs: JL 10W7 x 2
sub amp: JL 1000/1
front component speaker: CDT ES-07.3 (7'' woofer in door, 4inch/tweet in kick panel)
component amps: JL 300/2 x 2
deck: Kenwood KVT-915dvd

Now unfortunately im not getting nearly enough output outta the 7inch woofer that is in door. I had all the equipment installed and set up by visions in calgary, on mcleod trail, so im not sure what crossover's are set at. Is anyone familar with my deck? Can i adjust the 7's somehow for more output? Im sure they wired each set of 3 way to a crossover then to a amp (one amp per crossover/3 speakers). Any input on what i can try out, is the crossover adjustable for the speakers? It's barried so i can't see the thing to check out myself.

I would guess they used a 300/2 on the 7" and another 300/2 on the remaining 4"+tweet.
If this is the case (and you will know as there would be a L and R RCA into each 300/2 as apposed to a single L into one and R into the other) you can try adjusting crossovers/gain on the amp running the 7's.
