Anyone know if NT POWER Speakers are good i picked some up at a good price one is a 6x9 8way 1000watt peak and the other is a 6.5 4 way 500wattpeak are they worth installing?

 

any speaker with those power claims sounds like a bogus brand to me.... an EIGHT way speaker???? puhhleeezz LOL

 

they were featured a couple of times in Performance Auto and Sound magazine anyone have any input

They look OK for cheapies with a decent size magnet structure and long thow spider...

1000 watts peak for the pair... haha... they look like about 100w RMS each would be about right... as for the 8way, well, more like 4way... I see no real reason to design a car audio speaker that way, but whatever floats your boat I guess...

 

i figured rms wize it wouldnt be more then 100-150 so jus bought an amp to match that so it should be alright when i put them in my car i will let you guys know how they sound they will be running of a power accoustic amp and a double din innovatek HU
