They are very easy to look stockish
6x9's are a near bolt in on most late 60 and 70's cars because of the floor vents so 6's are real easy with no structural mods

I ment more with the covering you choose as well as the angles you need to keep it simple in a car like this so your not drawing attention away from the car but your adding to the over all presentation.

also if the interior has been redone scrap peices of that material would help with the clean look 100%.

just one major rule for a car like that...no cutting, drilling, or any other permanent damage to the car!!! whoever is doing the job needs to be creative and find bolt holes and other areas to fasten items. You must be able to put it all back to the way it was if you decide to remove the gear. That's all!!!

Absolutely. And that is pretty important to me, as well as the comment on keeping the parts.
Kick panels are one of the cheaper parts to replace. They are also pretty tight to the emergency brake pedal. I will get a picture.

Kick Panel

Here is the kick panel. It is a 1.25 at the furthest distance. The passenger side is no problem. Also linked is the opening for the stereo, if this matters much. I do have replacement peices for this already should they need modification.

As you have all been so complimentary (way more than I would have ever imagined) Here is an engine picture just for fun, It is a 408 stroker engine. You use an aftermarket 4 inch stroker crank in a 360 small block for a very torquey engine. Lighter weight for better handling, aluminum heads for wiegt, good flow and the ability to use any fuel I wish. Results have been an Easy to drive car with very good street manners but with the torque of a Viper. Unfortunately, I am still tracking a difficult to locate oil leak.

Here is our wedding photo. My 72 Cuda is in the background that my best man drove It was a big block car, with nasty manner ( I loved it) and the Viper is a buddies car that was our backup if I did not have the Cuda done for teh wedding. It is a fun car but it never feels like you are driving very fast. It has very little sensation of speed.
