There is actually one of those Nak 1200s in the Vancouver Buy and Sell right now! Dude said he paid over $2000 back in 88 for it
They were one of the best, if not the best, car audio cassette players ever made though. His is actually the TD-1200II. I remember my dad having one of those 8 track to cassette adapters
And man, Alpine made some hideous looking head units in the 80s, but that cassette takes the cake! Yikes!

The Alpine 7274 four button access cassette player - there probably are some of those still installed in old Alpine sound boards! Think that was the only way Alpine could actually sell them. It sure was interesting looking, but a royal PITA to use!
Don't see an Alpine 5900 in the 1st gen CD players - had one of those babies in my first car!
