The 2350DM was essentially the platform that JL Audio used when they released their amplifier line with the R.I.P.S system (or something like that) which maintained the same power output regardless of the impedance of the speaker. Power speced out at 2x350W at 4 or 2 ohms. Very cool amp...

The crossover is the DCX1000 which is a digitally controlled unit which could be configured a number of ways. It was not a digital crossover (no AD/DA conversion here) but you also get a remote unit that could be place up front to change your settings.

The unit above looks like the PAR-225 which was a 1/2 DIN pre-amp with a parametric eq.

Its nice to see people still rockin that gear of which some of it is almost 20 years old. I always like PPIs style. It was totally different to anything on the market (then and now) and it wasn't cheesy either (no neon here) and when it comes to sound quality and performance, they could easily compete with anything on the market today.
