Opinions?

Just throwing some ideas out here for the upcoming season, nothing is really in stone, just thoughts...

Anyway, I've got 2 Kaption SPL 12's that I bought a little while ago, they're still like brand new, not broken in. (I ended up selling my Type X 12 after I got those) I used them for all of an hour or two if that, and ended up purchasing 2 DD1508's! (Which I also have sitting on my dresser now lol)

Like I was saying, bought those two 12's, and now I'm thinking of buying 2 (or POSSIBLY 4 more) and building a wall, which possibly could go in my Nissan 200SX ('85). Basically I wanna know if it will be worth it to wall off 4 of these 12's, I'm thinking 4 verses 6 because of the cost in the end, not just for the subs, but to power them too. Anyone have experience with these subs?? I can't seem to find many people who have used them in a bigger set up. I have found that they do need a smaller box than you'd think, with higher tuning. I tried a 3 cube box tuned to ~34hz, didn't seem to work too well compared to the pre-fab box they came in. Could have been a couple things that determined this though, I never got to play with the settings much.

There WAS a Nissan 240sx in town here that had 6 SPL 12's in it at one point... The wall was done by a shop that I'm not too fond of, so I'm unsure of the quality of the build, but they only had two 700D's powering all 6 at the time, and it was still loud, just that it really lacked on the lows, I don't even think the builder knew what it was tuned to...

Sorry for the rambling, I mostly just want to know if it'd be worth it to use 4 12's in a wall with say, 2K watts. And if anyone has some good experience with these subs?

Audio/Video sells and installs those subs, amps and speakers. They do well with the subs. The amps tend to blow up...a lot. I've heard the spl's in one of their installers cars. Not bad.
What do you want to accomplish with the wall set-up? Are you going to compete with it or do you just want crazy loud for cruising?

Well, you should know, I don't plan on using their amps lol, so I'm safe there.

Basically it will be straight daily driver, I'd like to get the most loudness out of it that I can. Whether it be in a wall (or mini wall or w/e) or in a box.
