Would appreciate any opinions on which would sound better?

(4) Orion 12" HCCA122's in 1.5 cubic feet each ported OR (2) 12" Sundown audio X-12 V.2 D4 each in 2.5 cubic feet ported.???

How much power are you running and what is your intention SPL, SQ or something in between.

 

I am looking to hook up an Orion HCCA8000.1DV2. I am not looking to compete. Just something that hits nice and hard.

the 4 12's, with that kind of power the pair of sundowns are not going to take it.

 

Aren't the sundowns better than the Orion's?
Also wouldn't 4 Orion's hit harder than the 2 sundowns?
The sundowns need 2.5 net cubic feet each, while the orions need only 1.5 net cubic feet each.
