Overpowering my speakers?

Overpowering my speakers?
I have a 4 ch setup that includes a pair of Infinity Reference 6x9's and Infinity kappa 4x6's (462.9). These are powered by an Exile X600.4. The amp produces 4x75W@4ohms and 4x150W@2ohms. Both sets of speakers are rated at 2ohm's. The 6x9's are rated at 100W RMS, the 4x6's are 60RMS.
What I want to know is how much power am I actually pushing to my speakers? Am I ridiculously overpowering the 4x6's?
I also have 2 MTX 12's and a suitable amp in my system but thats outside of this questions scope.
Thanks

Mohawkboom is right on the money here. Begin by setting your gains at 1/3 of master gain for both your fronts and rears. Now listen to your track and raise the volume on the HU. Repeat this process till settings are suitable to your ears.
